We make every effort to ship your order within one business day after you place it. But, we are human, not perfect, so sometimes it takes us a little longer. If you need your order by a certain date, we suggest that you allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed in Honolulu. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday except national and Hawaii state holidays.
Once picked and packed in our warehouse, your package will be delivered via the method you select at checkout:
- Priority U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail packages should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they are shipped.
- FedEx 2-Day packages will arrive within 2 days after they are shipped when going to Arizona, California, Colorado (Denver area only), Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. All other destinations east of the Rockies take 3 days from Hawaii.
- FedEx Standard Overnight packages will arrive overnight, after they are shipped, when going to Arizona, California, Colorado (Denver area only), Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. All other destinations east of the Rockies take 2 days from Hawaii.
- International delivery should be selected if your delivery address is located outside of the United States. This includes Canada and U.S. Territories. Delivery times vary from country to country and we cannot predict how long the process will take. Please check with the postal authorities where you will take delivery.
